The chances of getting caught are very slim, it also depends what you used to download the game. I just want the dynamic difficulties mod and I've done just about everything I can find to try and get it to work. I've tried creating my own "mod" to get the mod folder to appear and put the files in there: nothing. I've tried using both the zipped and unzipped files of the mod in the mod file: nothing.
